During the tour you will become acquainted with the most famous sights of Prague. Our trip is particularly suitable for those of you who have never been to Prague before.

This city walk will take you from Prague Castle to the Lesser Town (Mala Strana), and from there across the Charles Bridge to the mazy streets of the Old Town. Feel free to take a rest in any of Prague´s romantic cafés or ale-houses.

No. 2  " Jewish Town Walking Tour "

This tour specialises in Prague's Jewish Town, past and present. It is particularly enlightening for those with a deeper interest in the history, legends and traditions of Jewish Prague.

Following an introduction to the history of the original Jewish ghetto and the Old-New Synagogue, you will be guided through the Jewish Cemetery. We then continue on the tour, visiting the house where Franz Kafka was born and completing the tour at the Old Town Square.

No. 3  "Old town and New town"

We will guide you through the mazy streets of the Old Town while following the Royal Way across the Old Town Square and the Jewish quarter of Josefov. This tour can be combined with the one of Prague Castle and Lesser Town in the course of the second day of your stay.

We will take the opportunity to look over the Wenceslas Square and Na Příkopech Street. Finally, we will walk across the Charles Bridge to the other side of the Vltava river.

No. 4  " Prague Castle and the Lesser Town Tour "

You will become acquainted with the sights and history of the Prague Castle and the two historical towns - Hradčany and the Lesser Town (Mala Strana) in detail. If you are spending at least two days in Prague, we highly recommend that you book a tour of the Old and New Town for the second day. This will give you an opportunity to learn a little more about the complex, but interesting history of the city.

You will have a chance to visit St. Vitus Cathedral with its crypt and/or the tower. We will provide you with some interesting pieces of information concerning St. Nicolas Church and the Infant Jesus of Prague.

No. 5  " Velvet Revolution"

While following the path of Czech students from November 1989 you will learn about life under the Communist régime, and about the course of events during the so-called Velvet Revolution. This tour is particularly suitable for students and all those who have no real notion of life in the former communist Czechoslovakia.

We will not only visit places closely connected to the memorable upheaval, but we will also discuss the history of the Emauzy Monastery, National Theatre, Vyšehrad Castle and other important sights of Prague.

No. 6  " Franz Kafka in Prague"

This marked man of letters lived in Prague all his life, moving from place to place within the city borders. If you decide to go on this tour, you will find out where Kafka lived, went to school and wrote.

While visiting the places closely connected to his works we can introduce you to some of his writings in practice. The tour would be well suited to those who would like to learn more about Kafka´s life and the lives of his contemporaries.

No. 7  " Famous Composers in Prague "

This tour is focused on the history of music and its prominent representatives who are either Czech or have a particular relationship to the Czech lands. Music admirers and those interested in its history may find this tour particularly interesting.

We will visit Mozart´s Museum in Bertramka House, Dvořák´s Museum and Smetana´s Museum.

No. 8  "Art Nouveau in Prague"

The end of 19th and beginning of 20th century was an interesting time in Prague because of its new architectural styles. We will compare various examples of Prague Art Nouveau with other styles of the period. This tour is particularly suitable for those interested in Art Nouveau and styles of the early 20th century.

We will see the Municipal House, Art Nouveau-style buildings at St. Wenceslas Square, Na Příkopech Street and the National Avenue. A visit to the Museum of Alfons Mucha is usually a part of the tour.
